The Yard at Xavierville

We loooove food parks! I mean, who doesn't? You get good food, chill atmosphere, and cheap finds all in one place. :) Like this new hip place in Xavierville, QC which is an addition to the growing number of food parks in the Metro: The Yard.

Instead of the usual food park setup where stalls are scattered across a lot, you'll see container vans stacked one on top of another. Two floors are for food establishments and another floor is for customer seating. The extra floor also serves as the stage for live musical performances every weekend from upcoming bands to DJs. The Yard is actually the first food park to have a multi-level hangout in Manila. 

There are more than 30 stalls to choose from and here's my take on the ones we already tried.

Mac n' Chicks' Honey Garlic Wings (Php 160.00) 

We loved it. Well fried and flavored.

Milkshake Lab's Brownie Nutella Fudge Milkshake (Php 160.00) 

Giving 5 stars to this vanilla-based milkshake. It has brownie bits, topped with a brownie, whipped cream, a

wafer stick, and a syringe filled with Nutella. For Php 160.00, it's sulit!

Tokyo Tempura's Tempura Bucket (Php 115.00) 

Nothing fancy about the taste but you get 9 pcs. of shrimp tempura for Php 115.00 so it's already a steal for me.

And I looooove shrimp tempura so go figure. Hihi. For Php 199, you can also indulge in shrimp tempura-all-you-can.

PrawnstarPH's Shrimps (Php 150.00 each) 

This is the least we liked. The smell of the shrimp is overpowering. I'd like to give PrawnstarPh a second

chance though so I'll try other seafood in their menu next time as well as their specialty sauces like G-spot

(garlic butter), PG (mild), sexyshotte (Cajun), and hoe eggs (salted egg).

Gulpstation's Raspberry Tea and Green Tea with Lychee  (Php 120.00) 

Just an eye-candy. Maybe we chose the wrong flavors.

All About Fry Day's Cheese Overload Fries (Php 110.00) 

We barely touched the fries. The cheese was generous but the fries serving was small. Not to mention it was

not served hot.

Bagneto's The Bagnet (Php 125.00) 

The bagnet is cut thinly and it's really crunchy and tasty. One of my favorite stalls because of its taste and

affordability.

Cajita's Original Churros la Cajita (Php 105.00) 

Just the usual churros. The 4 dips available are chocolate, tiramisu, strawberry, and white chocolate.

We haven't tried all the food stalls yet but we're getting there. Hihi.
